Medical Office Manager for Hill Country Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Austin Texas Area

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Medical Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing Allergy/Immunology practice. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can support staff, optimize workflow, and help create an outstanding patient experience in a professional, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and staff performance

• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front office efficiency

• Support billing, insurance verification, and collections processes

• Maintain compliance with office policies, procedures, and patient service standards

• Foster a positive team culture and excellent patient experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Office Manager

• Experience in Allergy/Immunology preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of EMR systems, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing workflows

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced medical environment

Bonus Qualification:

• Experience in wellness services is a plus

Looking for a dependable, friendly, family-oriented Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Allergist for San Antonio/Schertz TX. Must be able to see children. Duties to include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and allergy skin test, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions such as allergies, sinus infections, asthma, food related allergies, treating the occasional anaphylaxis, prescribing medications and other treatments along with managing patients’ overall care. There will be travel between 2 clinics, Schertz and Stone Oak.
